Loan Qualification Assessment

The Loan Qualification Assessment will provide you with the behind-the-scenes analysis most banks use to determine if you can qualify for a new loan.

As a former business banker, I was not able to assess if my clients met the minimum qualifying criteria unless their credit was run and they provided me with the essential documents required by the bank. Business Lending Advocate knows these processes, and we can provide you with an assessment that uses the bank’s calculations to determine if your business meets the minimum cash flow requirements.  At banks, you never see these assessments, so it can be difficult to understand how your business is being evaluated.

We are able to also provide you with advice and guidance on how to become bankable if you do not meet the minimum criteria.

Loan Qualification Assessment

The Loan Qualification Assessment will provide you with the behind-the-scenes analysis most banks use to determine if you can qualify for a new loan.

Most banks will not share the results until after you provide all the required documentation then your information is sent to an underwriter, who will do the assessment and calculate if your income compared to your debt is sufficient enough to support a new loan payment.  You never see these assessments, so it can be difficult to understand how the bank is evaluating your business.

Business Lending Advocate knows these processes, and we will show you the behind-the-scenes calculations. We are able to also provide you with advice and guidance on how to become bankable if you do not meet the minimum criteria.
